1. Please provide a complete gas piping plan per the Town of Vail submittal requirements showing compliance
with section 402.1 IFGC.
Mechanical Comments:
1. Show vent termination to be in compliance with the town code:
Section 503.6.4 - Gas Vent Terminations: This section is hereby amended
with the addition of the following language:
Item 8. Gas appliance vent terminations located on the exterior of a building shall have the lowest side of such openings located not less
than sixty (60) inches vertically from the adjoining ground or thirty-six (36) inches above the roof.

1. Provide carbon monoxide detectors in the home per the IRC. Annotate on the plans
