Illegal Signage
Dear Sir or Madam,
This letter is in reference to the illegal ' r�oved from 143 E.Meadow Dr.at S:OOpm on
March 21,2007 by this department. ign is in violation of the Town of Vail Sign Code. I
have enclosed a picture of the si tion.This sign is defined as an open/closed sign per
Section 11-6-3(A)(6)Vail T .This is not an open house sign per the verbiage on the
sign as referred to in Sectior�l- 10 Vail Town Code.
This sign was located on the Town of Vail property in front of the Solaris Sales Office.
I have advised the salespersons in the office on two other separate occasions of the violation. On
those separate occasions,I also explained to the salespersons on duty it would be acceptable to
place the sign in the window of the office due to the fact the sign reads,"SOLARIS
RESIDENCES SALES OFFICE NOW OPEN".
This is a written notification of the violation.The sign was removed pursuant to Section 11-11-
1(B)Vail Town Code. If you would like to reclaim your sign,the sign is presently located in the
Community Development Office at 75 S. Frontage Road West.If the Town of Vail finds this
location, Solaris Sales Office, 143 E.Meadow Dr. in violation subsequent to this notification, a
summons to court will be issued.
