The concrete pad (deck ) and the walkway to the south of the residence at 1711 B Geneva Drive were installed without permit after 2002 and might not meet code as well as being in the set back. 2. In 2009 the T.O.V. issued a red tag on a repair of the stairs at the south-east corner of the building. It seems that code was not followed to this day. 3. Also in 2009 a fenced area to the west of the building was created. Mr. & Mrs. 0 Nara the owners of the 3 unit building since 2004 are well aware of ongoing noise complaints created by their renters and have also not done basic maintenance like controlling weeds or mowing the grass a single time in 2011. In 2011 our renter Mr. Adam Sutner has asked the renters of 1711 B in a letter again to be more considerate when entertaining at late hours. We are well aware that our input in the approval process is very limited but feel given the record of 1711 B it is time to address all past violations, bring the mentioned items up to code and screen us from future noise.
