General Information: This application is for all changes to approved plans prior to Certificate of Occupancy.
An application for Design Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Commu-
nity development Department. Design Review approval expires one year from the date of approval, unless a
building permit is issued and construction commences.

The following "GENERAL NOTES for NEW LANDSCAPE WALL DESIGN" represent the modifications
proposed.
GENERAL NOTES for NEW LANDSCAPE WALL DESIGN
1. This information revises Detail 02/A1.2 (copy attached) in its entirety (now integrated with
the Cedar Fence Screen to be replaced).
2. The horizontal placement of this Wall and Fence is being moved south to just behind the
vertical line of brick veneer termination at the west Trash Shed wall, thereby allowing the
Cedar Fence Screen to conceal the exposed CMU from public areas.
3. The Landscape Wall and Cedar Fence Screen are still to be installed perpendicular to the
West face of the Trash Shed.
4. No black waterproofing or protection boards shall be exposed; all flashings shall match the
terra -cotta color of the new downspout from the upper planter.
5. The New Landscape Wall is now a combination of AWWF treated lumber and plywood for
the below grade wall with stained cedar framing and RS 1 x 6 vertical fencing above grade
to match the previous fence in design, stain color and materials.
6. The top of framing /AWWF Plywood Sheathing shall match the top of CMU at the East Wall
so as to continue the matching flashing illustrated in Detail 02/A1.2 (Revision #1).
