1.Gore Creek Dr is a bus route which requires that all vehicles entering and exiting the
site must be head first, no backing out onto the street is allowed. A turn around is
required to be all on private property.
2. Please label the 100 yr floodplain line on the site plan
3. Install a 4' concrete drainage pan between the edge of road and driveway
4. The first 10' of driveway shall not exceed 8%, please revise driveway grading.
5. Approval from the ERWSD is required for proposed improvements on their
infrastructure.
6. The proposed invert on the storm sewer pipe, is it the applicants desire to remove a
portion of the pipe and create an open channel? If so, the applicant will have to enter
into an agreement with the Town taking over maintenance of proposed improvements.
