Frontage Road Vail, CO 81657 Attention: Mr. Bill Carlson, Mr. Leonard Sandoval Subject: Ground Water Sampling Crossroads Redevelopment Vail, Colorado Project No. GS -4314 CTL I Thompson, Inc. acquired two samples of the ground water from our pump well at Crossroads in Vail, Colorado. The samples were obtained fortesting for tetrachloroethene (PCE). We purged three times the well volume (180 gallons) form the well and stored the water in a tank on -site. Sample ID #1 was taken from the tank, and Sample ID #2 was taken from the outlet of the pump subsequent to purging. Results obtained from the laboratory (Evergreen Analytical) show that the samples meet the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). We will send a clean copy of the laboratory results when available, as well as email a link to the National Primary Drinking Water Regulation.
