E. Meadow Drive 2. Village Center Chute 3. S. Frontage Road. The Town of Vail has granted approval (with conditions) to allow construction of the streetscape improvements beyond the June 25, 2010, deadline date to the end of the day on June 30` The conditions of the approval are as follows: 1. Streetscape work shall be the only work allowed within the right -of -way after June 25. 2. Work is required between the hours of 7 am to 9 pm, June 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and June 30. 3. During the Farmers Market event on Sunday, June 27` paver work noise must be kept to a minimum. 4. All landscaping must be complete; no bare topsoil will be allowed. 5. Green construction fencing must be installed within the back of walk way or on the perimeter of the project. 6. Any and all use of right -of -way after June 30 for the Solaris project will require a separate Public Way Permit submittal and fee. 7. On June 28` The Town of Vail engineering team will assess the progress of the work and determine if the work shall continue until June 30. 8. The Town of Vail will expect the locations mentioned above to be completely clean, accessible to the public and free of construction activity at the end of the day June 30 9. No staging will be allowed on the north side of the S. Frontage Road during the summer months. 10. By signing below, you agree to the co itions.
