SUBJECT: Solaria Lease Status
This letter is to advise the City of Vail and Solaris that CDOT has submitted the lease
request package to FHWA. FHWA has confirmed today that they have reviewed the
documents and have indicated they will concur with leasing the right of way as
submitted. CDOT has also concurred with leasing the right of way as outlined in the
submittal package. At this point the remaining procedure is to have the lease reviewed
and executed by both Solaria and CDOT, along with Solaris providing CDOT with proper
insurance certificates and rental payment.
