RE: Conditional Construction Acceptance — Solaris 141/143 E. Meadow Drive, Vail
Dear Solaris Property Owner:
This letter shall serve as conditional construction acceptance for the Solaris Project. The Solaris has successfully
completed the water main relocation to the Eagle River Water & Sanitation's District's (ERWSD) specifications.
These main /service lines may be used for potable water service throughout the project.
In regards to the abandonment of the existing sanitary sewer service this will need to be plugged from inside the
main sewer line using the 'Top Hat" method. In addition, ERWSD discovered that there is a low spot in the main
line due to settling located where the Solaris Project tied in their service line connections coming from the
building. ERWSD will require that this existing condition in the main line is repaired prior to June 1, 2010. ERWSD
will allow the Solaris to use the existing connections temporarily in the condition they are in. If this repair is not
'completed to ERWSD's satisfaction by June 1, 2010, the Solaris' water service will be discontinued until the
specified repair is made. The two -year warranty period for sewer and water will begin upon ERWSD's
acceptance of the sewer main line repair and sewer service abandonment.
