In accordance with our discumlon, please allow me to clarify our previous latter dated June 15 whereby Solads
property Owner, LLC, requested to terminate the existing water line at a certain location. Based on the errmugement ERWSD made
with The Weitz Company, Solaria' agent, Solaris will temporarily disconnect the existing services from the water main which
historically serviced Crossroads at Vail. This lime will be temporarily disconnected at the curb -stop, and to the extent it is not
required to service the new facilities known as the Solars at Vail project, it will be disconnected and abandoned at the main prior to
service provision for the new facilities,
Thank you for eonfuming in our phone call that you will authorize this shut -off immediately in accordance with this
correspondence which supplaments our correspondence of June 15 Kindly acknowledge your receipt of thls supplement and our
previous request and agreement by ERWSD $0 comply with such terms by your signature below. If you have any questions or
