KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that each of the undersigned persons
refers herein to the following described lands as the "Platted Lands":
� • A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2 and the Southeast Quarter
of Section 3, Township 5 South, Range 80 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, lying north of Interstate
Highway No. 70 Right of Way, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the center of Section 2, Township 5 South, Range 80 West,
of the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, being
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 0°22'17" East along the North-
South center line of Section 2 a distance of 1071.244 feet to a point
lying on a curve on the North Right-of-Way line of said Interstate High-
way No. 70; thence along said North Right-of-Way line a distance of 274.7�
feet on the arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of
2190 feet, a central angle of 7�11'20", and a chord bearing North
75°6'll" West a distance of 274.593 feet; thence along said North Right-
of-Way line on the following two courses: (1) South 86�41'40" West a
distance of 645.343 feet; (2) North 87°33'5" West a distance of 1756.65
feet; thence North 1°44'17" East a distance of 155.52 feet; thence a
distance of 201.52 feet along the arc of a curve to the right, said
curve having a radius of 184.21 feet, a central angle of 62°49'50" and
a chord bearing North 33°4'42" East a distance of 191.62 feet; thence
a distance of 194.81 feet along the arc of a curve to the left,'said
curve having a radius of 286.17 feet, a central angle of 5°0'13" and a
chord bearing North 44°55'0" East a distance of 191.07 feet; thence North
25°24'S4" East a distance of 178.07 feet; thence a distance of 123.55 feet
along the arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 203.73
feet, a central angle of 34°44'49" and a chord bearing North 8°2'29" East
a distance of 121.67 feet; thence North 9°19'S6" West a distance of 258.17
feet to a point on the East-West center line of Section 2; thence South
89°24'13" East �long said line a distance of 2362.08 feet to the True
Point of Beginning, containing 57.86 acres more or less.
That Vail Associates, Inc., certifies that it is the true owner of all
the Platted Lands subject to easements and rights-of-way of record.
That Vail Associates, Inc., by these presents does hereby lay out, plat
and subdivide the Platted Lands into such lots as are shown on this
plat under the name and style of "VAIL VILLAGE, TWELFTH FILING".
That Vail Associates, Inc., does hereby dedicate to the Town of Vail
for the use of the public all roads, streets, circles, courts, walkways
and TRACT A shown hereon, subject to such easements and right-of-way
over parts of such roads, streets, circles and walkways as are presently
vested of record or shown on this Plat.
That Vail Associates, Inc. hereby dedicates to the Town of Vail for the
use of �e public the various ut�lity easements shown on this Plat for
the purposes of construction, maintenance and reconstruction of sewerage,
water, gas, electric and telephone transmission facilities.

Colorado, which are incorporated herein by reference.
