That Vail Associates, Inc., certi_`ies that it is th� true owner �` al�
the Platted Lands subject to easenents and rights-of-way of reccrd.
That Vail Associates, Inc., by these presents does hereby lay out, plat
and subdivide the Platted Lands into such lots as are shown on tnis
plat under the name and style of "VAIL VILLAGE, ThIRTEEPITH FILIIIG".
That V�il Associates, Inc., does hereby dedicate to the Town of Vail for
the use of the public all roads, streets, circles, courts, walkwavs and
TRACTS B and C shown hereon, subject to such easements and riQht-of-�c•�a_y
over parts of sucll roads, streets, circles and walkways as are presentl�,�
vested of record or shown on this Plat.
That Vail Associates, Inc. hereby dedicates to the Town of Vail for the
use o.f the public the various utility easements shown on this Plat for
the purposes of construction, maintenance and reconstruction of sewera�e,
water, �as, electric and telephone transmission facilities.
