Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot B-1, thence N.13°04'48"E. and along the Soutf� line of said Lot B-1, 231.92 feet; thence
N.02°19'51"E., 108.09 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line of said Lot B-1; thence N.30°25'10"W. and along said NortheasterCy line,
96.55 feet to a point on the Northwesterly line of said Lot B-1� thence on an angle to the right of 90°00'00" and afong said Northwesterly
line and along a curve to the right having a radius of 406.53 feet, a central angle of 08°O1'30", an arc distance of 56.94 feet to a
point of reverse curve; thence along said Nortf�westerly line and along a curve to the left having a radius of 211.60 feet, a central
