That Vail Associates, Inc. and Montan, Inc., do hereby lay out, ,plat and
.resubdivide the Platted Lands into lots and blocks as are shown on this
plat under the name and style of "A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1,
VAIL /LIONSREAD, SECOND FILING %
That Vail Associates, Inc. and Montan, Inc., hereby dedicate to the Town
of Vail, for the use of the public, the various utility and drainage
easements shown on this Plat for the purposes of construction, mainten-
ance's and reconstruction of sewerage, water, drainage, gas, electric,
telephone transmission facilities and cable television.
That Vail Associates, Inc. and Montan, Inc., declare and agree that the
Platted Lands shall be subject to the Protective Covenants of Vail /Lions-
Head, Second Filinq, Eagle County, Colorado, as recorded in Book 221 at
Page 989 of the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Eagle County, Colo-
rado, which are incorporated herin by reference.
