Block 1, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the West 1/4 Corner of Section 2, Township 5 South, Range 80 West, of the
6th Principal Meridian, County, of Eagle, State of Colorado; thence S 89 024'13" E along
the East -West Centerline of said Section 2, a distance of 863.97 feet to the most north-
