That Vail Associates, Ltd., for itself does hereby lay out, plat and resubdivide the platted lands into such lots as are shown on
this plat under the name and style of "RESUBDIVISION OF A PART OF TRACT A, VAIL VILLAGE, FIRST FILING'.
That Vail Associates, Ltd., hereby excepts and reserves to itself, its successors and assigns, in fee simple absolute, all portions of
the platted lands shown as Gore Creek Circle on this plat.
That Vail Associates, Ltd., by these presents does dedicate to public utilities and sanitation districts the right to install, maintain and
operate mains, transmission lines, service lines , appurtenances, provide such utility, water and sanitary sewer service within this
subdivision or property contiguous thereto, over, under and across the drives and circles as are shown on this plat, also easements
for utility and drainage purposes as shown.
