TOWNSHIP 5 SOUTH, RANGE 81 WEST OF THE SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE
OF COLORADO, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF SAID SEC. 12;
