Book 225 at Page 89 of the Eagle County, Colorado, Clerk and Recorder's records, said Lot 2, Block 2 being more particularly
described as follows:

Beginning at the most northeasterly corner of said Lot 2, Block 2, said point also being a point on the boundary of Tract A, Vail
Village Twelfth Filing and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 44° 45' O1" E along the line between said Lot 2 and Tract A a
distance of 145.00 feet to a point corrmon to said Lot 2, Tract A, and Tract B, Vail Village Twelfth Filing; thence S 46° 38' 05"
N along the line between said Lot 2, and Tract B a distance of 363.05 feet to a point common to said Lot 2, Tract B and Lot 3,

Filing a distance of 150.82 feet to a point on the northeasterly Right-of-Way line of Booth Falls Court a dedicated street, said
