A part of Lot 9, Block 1, Vail Village Sixth Filing,
Town of Vail, Eagle County, Colorado, more partict�larly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 9; thence
in a southerly direction along the west line of said Lot 9
406.62 feet; thence on a deflection angle to the left of
86°14'17" 100.62 f_eet; thence on a deflection angle to the
left of 101°45'0�" 350.53 feet; thence on a deflection angle
to the right of 03°35'00" 60.30 feet; thenc� on a�eflection
