CERTIFICATE OF OWNERSHIP
Know all men by these presents that GORMAN-WHITNEY/SMF VAIL 1, a General
partnership being sole owner in fee simple of all that real property described
as follows:
That part of Lot 1, Block 3, Lion's Ridge Subdivision, Filin� No. 3,
a subdivision recorded in the office of the Eagle County, Colorado, Clerk and
Recorder, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast carner of said Lot 1, which is on the northerly
right-of-way line of Lion's Ridge Loop, thence the following three courses along
said northerly right-of-way line: (1) 20.91 feet along the arc of a curve to
the left having a radius of 225.99 feet, a central angle of 05°18'05", and a chord
