CERTIFICATE OF OWNERSHIP
Know all men by these presents that Steven J. Yates, being sole owner in
fee simple of all that real property situated in the Town of Vail, Eagle
County, Colorado, described as follows: "
Lot 8, Glen Lyon Subdivision, according to the Amended,Plat thereof
recorded in Book 272 at Page 370 in the office of the Eagle County, Colo-
rado, Clerk and Recorder, containing 20,158 square feet or 0.4628 acres,
more or less,
has by these presents laid out, platted, and subdivided the same as
shown�on this final plat under the name and style of "A Resubdivision of
Lot 8, Glen Lyon Subdivision," a subdivision in the Town of Vail, Eagle
County, Colorado; and does hereby accept responsibility for�the comple-
tion of required improvements; and does hereby dedicate and set apart
all of the public roads and other public improvements and places as shown
on the accompanying plat to the use of the oublic forever; and does here-
by dedicate those portions of said real property whicfi are indicated as
easerrents on the accompanying plat as easements for the purpose shown
