PLAT RESTRICTION

to be treated as one entity with nc :nore than one t��o family residence
allowed on the combined area of the two lots. Allowable gross residential
floor area for the two fam�ly residence will be calculated based on the
combined area of the two lots.

based upon any defect in this survey within six years after you first
discover such defect. In no event may any action based upon any defect
in this survey be commenced more than ten years from the date of the
