CERTIFICATE OF OWNERSHIP
Know all men by these presents that Carl W. Summers, Jr. and Caroline M. Sheahan,
being the sole owners in fee simple of all that real property situated in the
Town of Vail, Eagle County, Colorado, described as follows:
A Resubdivision of Lot 1, Block 1, Bighorn Subdivision First Addition, a subdivi-
sion recorded in the office of the Eagle County, Colorado, Clerk and Recorder,
containing .984 acres, more or less,
have by these presents laid out, platted, and subdivided the same as shown on
this final plat under the name and style of "Amended Plat, A Resubdivision of
Lot 1, Block 1, Bighorn Subdivision First Addition", a subdivision in the Town
� of Vail, Eagle County, Colorado; and does hereby accept responsibility for the
completion of required improvements; and does hereby dedicate and set apart all
of the public roads and other public improvements and places shown on the accom-
panying plat to the use of the public forever; and does hereby dedicate those
portions of said real property which are indicated as easements on the accom-
panying plat as easements for the purpose shown hereon; and does hereby grant
the right to install and maintain necessary structures to the entity responsible
for providing the services for whi�h the easements are established.
A Final Plat for A Resubdivision of Lot 1, Block l, Bighorn Subdivision First
Addition, was recorded in Book 386 at Page 444 of the records of the Eagle
County, Colorado, Clerk and Recorder. By their signatures below, Carl W. Summers,
Jr., and Caroline M. Sheahan declare said subdivision to be vacated, abandoned,
null and void and of no further effect whatsoever.
