CERTIFICATE OF OWNERSHIP
Know all men by these presents that E. B. Chester, Jr., being sole owner in fee
simple of all that real property situated in the Town of Vail, Eagle County,
Colorado, described as follows:
All of Lot 2, Block 1, Vail Village-Third Filing, according to the map thereof
recorded in the office of the Eagle County, Colorado, Clerk and Recorder,
except that portion described in the deed recorded in Book 168 at Page 581 of
the Eagle County, Colorado Clerk and Recorder, said excepted portion described
more particularly as follows;
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence Easterly along the ___.__,
Northerly line of said Lot 2 a distance of 16.89 feet to a point of curve;
thence on a curve to the right and along the Northerly line of said Lot 2
having a radius of 254.80 feet, a central angle of 17°21'08", an arc distance
of 77.17 feet; thence on an angle to the right of 155°38'S2" a diatsnce of
93.58 feet to a"point on the Westerly line of said Lot Z, said point bei�
