L. Knowlton owners in fee simple ot all that real property situated in the

Records, Town of Vail, County of Eagle, State of Colorado,
containing 0.61 acres or 26,570 square feet, more or less.
have by these presents laid out, platted, and subdivided the same into lots
and blocks as shown on this final plat under the name and style oi WD
Condominiums, a subdivision in the Town of Vail, Eagle County, Colorado;
anci does hereby dedicate and set apart all of the public roads and other
public improvements and places as shown on the accompanying plat to the use
ot the public forever; and does hereby dedicate those portions of said real
property which are indicated as easement on the accompanying plat as
