PLAT RESTRICTION
For zoning purposes, the three parcels created by this resubdivision are to be
treated as one entity with no more than one two - family residence allowed on the
combined area of the three parcels. Allowable gross residential floor area for the
two - family residence will be calculated based on the combined area of the three
parcels.
NOTES:
1) Date of Survey : August 1988
2) Bearings are based on a line connecting the southerly witness corners marking
the easterly and westerly lines being S78 °24'16 "W. (see drawing)
3) Monumentation as indicated.
4) Platted dimensions for Lot 20 -4 do not close mathematically. Calculated closure

5) Easement 'A' represents an easement for the area where the

the completion of the required improvements; and do hereby dedicate and set apart
