NOTE ON PROJECT STRUCTURE:
The legal structure of the Resort is described in detail in the Declaration, and this note shall not limit or modify the
provisions of the Dedaration, but is intended to provide a basic summary and simplified cross-reference for persons
reviewing this Resort Plat. Capitafized terms used in this note have the meanings given them in the DedarGtion. This Resort
Plat depicts and creates One Vail Road Resort, which is made up of three Components: the Hotel Component, the Private
Residence Component, and the Club Component. Essentially, the Hotel Component is the entire Resort, less and except the
Private Residence Component and the Club Component shown as airspace lots on this Resort Plat. Immediately following
recorcJation of this Resort' Plat, Vail Development 09 I..LC. intends to convey each of the private Residence Component and
the Club Component to Vail Residsntial 09 LLC. which entity then intends to record a condominium cJeclnration and map
dednring each of the Private Residence Component and the Club Component, respectively, as condominiums in order to
create individual Private Residence Units in the Private Residence Component and individual Club Units in the Club
Component. The Hotel Component includes both the Hotel and Resort Common Areas, each as shown on this Final Plat and
as further described in the Declaration. To the extent the Resort Common Areas are readily locatable or otherwise
susceptible of depiction and designaiion on a land survey ptat, such areas are depicted and designated as Resort Common
Areas on this Plat. However, it is understood that not all of the Resort Common Areas may be so depicted, and without
limiting the generality of the provisions of the Declaration, the Resort Common Areas specifically include all areas providing
Structural and Mechanical Support, including (without limitation):
a. the foundations, foundation slabs, columns, girders, beams, supports, bearing walls, perimeter walls (including the
