Vail Village, Fifth Filing, First Amendment, Lot 2, a part of Lot P-2, according to the map of Lot P-2, Block 3, and a
portion of vacated Hanson Ranch Road, recorded in the records of the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder in Book 727
at Page 394,
the total of Parceis #1 and #2 containing 0.7701 acres more or less; have by these presents laid out, platted and
