1) Date of Survey: October, 2000
2) Bearings are based on a line connecting the nothwest corner of Lot 3 with the north corner of Lot 2 having a bearing of N 67°00'00" E.

3) Monuments are as follows:
O indicates a 1 1/2" aluminum cap on a 1/2" rebar, stamped MSM found.

5) The purpose of this plat is to relocate the lot line between Lots 2 and 3 and also to vacate the "No Build" zone described in Note 4. of the

6) Prior to construction on these properties, all applicable development permits shall be obtained from the Town of Vail and if applicable,
the U S. Army Corp of Engineers.
