right-of-way of Vail Vailey Drive; thence along said southerly right-of-way 261.32 feet along the arc of a curve to the
left having a radius of 525.00 feet, an interior angie of 28°31'10" and a chord which bears N80°36'31 "E 258.63 feet;
thence N66°20'56"E 240.00 feet; thence departing said southerly right-of-way S23°39'04"E 22.07 feet; thence 75.28

containing 4.971 acres more or less; have by these presents laid out, platted and subdivided the same into lots and
blocks as shown on this final piat under the name and style of Northwoods Condominiums, a subdivision in the Town
of Vail, County of Eagle; and does hereby accept the responsibility for the completion of required improvements; and
does hereby dedicate and set apart all of the public roads and other public improvements and places as shown on
the accompanying plat to the use of the public forever; and does hereby dedicate those portions of said real property
which are indicated as easement on the accompanying plat as easements for the purpose shown hereon; and does
hereby grant the right to ins4ail and maintain necessary s4ructures to the entity responsible for providing the services
