15th, 1981 by the Town of Va�l after prevlous approval under
Eagle County's Jur�sd�ction. The prev�ously approved Developnent
Plan wns npproved under Town of Va�l Ord�nance 13, series of
1981. The ord�nance st�pulates that Brlar Patch and other
spec�fic Developroent plans approved by Eagle County pr�or to
annexat�on shnll reroain in effect as approved unless nnjor

use changes, etc, w�ll requ�re a Planning nnd Env�ronroental
