CERTIFICATION OF DEDICATION AND OWNERSHIP
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Manor Vail Condominium
Association, a non-profit Colorado corporation, as the owner in fee
simple of Parcels 1 , and �_ described below, and as
the managing agent of Manor Vail Condominiums pursuant to the
Amended Condominium Declarations for Manor Vail Condominiums, as
recorded on November 20, 1967 in Book 211 at Page 625 of the
records of the Clerk and Recorder of Eagle County, State of
Colorado, and the Manor Vail Condominium Association's Bylaws, and
pursuant to and in furtherance of that vote of the Manor Vail
condominium owners at the annual meeting of September 1, 1990,
authorizing the construction of an addition to the lobby of
Building B on the aforesaid Parcels, to facilitate the construction
of said lobby addition to Building B does hereby eliminate the Lot
lines on the original Condominium Plat between Lots A and B and B
and C, Block 5, Vail Village, 7th Filing, Vail, Eagle county, to
form a single Lot A as shown on this limended Final Plat under tha
name and style of FINAL PLAT AND RESUBDIVISION OF MANOR VAIL, a
subdivision in the Town of Vail, Eagle County, Colorado; and does
hereby accept the responsibility for the completion of required
improvements; and does hereby dedicate and set apart all of the
public roads and other public improvementa and places as shown on
the accompanying plat to the use of the public forever; and does
hereby dedicate those portions of said real property which are
indicated as easements on the accompanying plat as easements for
the purpose shown hereon; and does hereby grant the right to
install and maintain necessary structures to the entity responsible
for providing the services for which the asements are established.
