Lot 22 is located in Zone F1, Debris Flood which is turbulent flow
of a colloidally enriched suspension of mud and water. Velocities
range 2 to 20 mph and, specific weights from 100 to 150 lbs/ft3.
Exposed structures are: damaged by erosion, relocation, inundation
by mud, and soil and rock impact. Large boulders are sometimes
transported for long distances on top of debris flows.
Lot 22 is located i� a moderate hazard-blue zone which are
avalanches less frequent and less powerful than red zoneo
