SURVEYOR'S NOTES:
1) Date of survey: October, 1995.
2) Bearings based upon the line connecting the monuments found
marking the Southeast corner of Lot 25 and the Southwest
corner of Lot 26, being S 88°52'15" W(see drawing).
3) Monumentation as indicated hereon.
4) The Restrictive Covenants of record for Vail/Potato Patch shall
remain in effect for the lots created by this plot.
5) The sole purpose of this final plat is to divide Lot 26 into two
individual parcels and to creote the easements os shown hereon.
6) Access Easement "A" is for the use of parking for Parcel A.
7) Access Easement "B" is for the purpose of access to Parcel B.
8) For zoning purposes, the lots created by this subdivision are to be
treated as one lot with no more than two dwelling units allowed on
the combined area of the two lots.

upon any defect in this survey within three years after you first
discover such defect. In no event, may any action based upon any
defect in this survey be commenced more than ten years from the
