Know all men by these presents that Spraddle Creek Estates Maintenance Association, Inc.,
a Colorado non-profit corporation,
being sole owner in fee simple, morigagee or lienholder of all that real prope�ty
situated in the Town of Vail, Eagle Coun#y, Colorado described as follows:
Tract C, Second Amendment To Spraddle Creek Estates,
containing t.085 acres more or less; hove by these presents laid out, platted and
subdivided the same into �ots and btocks as shown on this amended final plat under the
name and style of Tract C, Third Amendiment To Spraddle Creek Estates,
a subdivision in the Town of Vail, County� of Eagle, State of Colorado; and does hereby
accept the responsibility for the completi�on of required improvements; and does hereby dedicate and set
and set apart all of the public roads and other public improvements and places as shown
