1) "Existing 20' Overhead Electric Easement" is shown as described in an easement
agreement between Holy Cross Electric and the Town of Vail, recorded in Book

2) Government Lot 3 was created as part of a land exchange between the Town of Vail
and the U.S. Forest Service to resolve existing encroachment and access issues. The
disposition of Lot 2 as shown hereon is to be addressed by another subdivision plat
which will be recorded subsequent to this plat.
