Due to recent lega! issues and scheduling tha.t has arisen A-1 is asking that a11 contractors � fax a copy oftt�e si�ned ?raffic Control Pian which was submitted for a permic. We must : }�ave a sioned copy in A-1's office before A-J will proceed to schedule flaggers and equipment or deliver andJor�etup any equipment to a specific projects site, Upon faxing the req►sired approved Traf�ic Cont�ol T'lan; also fax us the start date of your project and allow A-1 at least two weeks or more for scheduling. This procedure iiot only aids A-) but also improves our scheduling with your projected stari date. A-1 has several times ihis year schcdulcd and sent 8aggers and equipment to a � job siie oniy to have it shut down for lack of an approved pezmit by the contractor. 'Thus; we ha��e liad to delay scheduling some pennitted projects, when in actvality they could liave been scheduled and completed before the non-permitted projects. A-1 will try to accomn�odate emergency schedulins, however,if you request flaggers for only a day or . two and then�ind you need them longer we will try to accommodate you. However, we . may not always be able•to fulfill your request For extra time.
