GE Johnson Construction Company has received our Certification to Discharge under CDPS General Permit
COR- 030000 - Stormwater Discharges Associated with Construction, Certification Number COR03A587. Please
see attached Permit.
It is GEJCC's intent under this permit to discharge the water from the dewatering wells associated with the Manor
Vail project into Mill Creek. GEJCC would like to seek the permission from the Town of Vail to do so.

test activities prior to entering Gore Creek; with a maximum flow rate of 200 gpm.
The discharge is to Gore Creek; Segment 8 of the Eagle River Sub - basin, Upper Colorado River Basin, found in Classifications and Numeric
Standards for the Upper Colorado River Bad Regulation No. 33; last update effective January 20, 2004. Segment 8 has been classifTedfor the
following uses: Recreation, Class I a; Aquatic Life, Class 1 (Cold); Water Supply; Agriculture.

Antidegradation does not apply because no parameters limited by water quality standards other than pH are expected
Best Management Practices, as discussed in Part I.E. S. ,of the permit shall be followed for the duration of the discharge.
1f groundwater contamination is encountered, then the permittee is to contact the Division and, ifappropriate, the owner of the collection system
receiving the discharge. Since the discharge of contaminated groundwater is not covered under this permit, thepermittee shall immediately apply
for a groundwater remediation certification, which will include appropriate requirements for additional discharge monitoring and on -site
environmental response capabilities.
The permittee shall provide the Division with any additional monitoring data on the permitted discharge collected for entities other than the
Division. This will be supplied to the Division within 48 hours of the receipt of the data by the permittee.
