Fire sprinkler suppression system is required. 2. Monitored fire alarm system is required. 3. Utility company approvals are required. 4. Topographic Survey: update the floodplain delineation based upon the 2007 FEMA floodplain map/study. 5. Verify there is no proposed wetlands disturbance. 6. Sheet A0.0: provide landscaping area calculations demonstrating compliance with Section 12-6D-10, Vail Town Code. 7. Sheets L2 & L3: label the easement, floodplain, and creek setback lines. 8. Sheet L2: label the roof ridge elevations and corresponding building height calculations. 9. Sheet L2: show the proposed utility service lines between their source and the building. 10. Sheet L2: show the 3 required parking spaces with 9’x18’ boxes (enclosed spaces) and a 9’x19’ box (exterior space). The exterior space can not be obstructed by the gas meter or other similar building elements. 11. Sheet L2: show the snow storage calculations (driveway area sq.ft., required and proposed storage sq.ft.) demonstrating compliance with Section 14-3-2, Vail Town Code. 12. The west paver steps and east paver patio must be revised to be setback a minimum of 7’-6” from the side property lines pursuant to Section 14-10-4, Vail Town Code (may project into setback max of 10’ and max of ½ the setback dimension). 13. The portions of the front stairs within five feet of grade must be revised to be setback a minimum of 10’ from the front property line pursuant to Section 14-10-4, Vail Town Code (may project into the setback max of 10’ and max of ½ the setback dimension). Portions of the front stairs higher that five feet from grade must be revised to be setback a minimum of 15’ from the front property line pursuant to Section 14-10-4, Vail Town Code (may project into the setback max of 10’ and max of ¼ the setback dimension). 14. Sheet A2.0 & GRFA2.0: pursuant to Section 12-15-3, Vail Town Code, the crawlspace access must be ≤12 sq.ft. 15. Sheet GRFA2.0 & A0.0: correct the GRFA calculations to include a “basement deduction” for lowest level of the structure pursuant to Section 12-15-3, Vail Town Code. Submit “red-lined” elevations illustrating how the basement deduction was calculated. 16. Sheet A2.1 show the two enclosed parking spaces with 9’x18’ boxes. 17. The number of non-exempt exterior lights can not exceed 1 fixture per 1,000 sq.ft. of lot area (i.e. 9 fixtures) pursuant to Section 14-10-7, Vail Town Code. Refer to the Vail Town Code for exempt fixtures (i.e. full cut-off landscaping lights, step lights, etc. ≤18” tall). 18. Clarify that all exterior lights are full cut-off style (dark sky) fixtures pursuant to Section 14-10-7, Vail Town Code. The Teka “BWM” product line appears to be compliant down lighting; however, the mesh screen Teka “SWM” product line does not appear to comply.
