Cond: CON0012362 The Developer shall submit revised plans to the Town of Vail Community Development Department demonstrating compliance with the list of issues identified in the memorandum to George Ruther, Director of Community Development, from Public Works, dated November 30, 2011 and attached for reference (Attachment E). The Planning and Environmental Commission shall conduct a public hearing on an application for Major Subdivision and give recommendation to the Town Council on said Subdivision.
