Cond: CON0011764 The applicant shall return to the Design Review Board no later than prior to the release of the Building Permit with material samples depicting the final textures and colors of materials selected for the exterior. Prior to installation of any stucco textures and colors on the full exterior of the structure mock -ups of the materials for the three pods of the building shall be constructed at the site for final review and approval by the Design Review Board for suitability of the selected textures and colors for the facades. Cond: CON0011765 The applicant shall revise the landscaping plan along the entirety of the South Frontage Road and the parking structure Lions Ridge Loop frontage to include a minimum average spacing of Colorado Spruce every 12 feet with an average size of 12 feet in height and aspens shall be spaced on average every 12 feet with a minimum size of 3 inches in caliper. This plan shall be reviewed and approved by the Design Review Board prior to submitting for Building Permits. Cond: CON0011766 The applicant shall provide cut sheets or design detail of all landscaping lighting fixtures and courtyard amenities to the Design Review Board for review and approval prior to submitting for Building Permits. Cond: CON0011771 The applicant shall provide a detailed plan of the snow removal gates on the top deck of the parking structure for review and approval by the Design Review Board prior to submitting for Building Permits.
