Re: Scope of Work — Hormel Residence (1527 Vail Valley Dr., #A)
The existing panel in the Hormel Residence noted above is failing. The panel will be
replaced with a current model, existing out -dated & discontinued technology wireless
smoke detectors will be replaced, and additional initiation & audibility devices will be
installed to meet current code requirements. All wireless devices installed (Honeywell
5806W3 smoke detectors, 5109 heat detectors & 5800WAVE sounders) will be fully
compatible with the new system.
There is no other work going on in the premises, so there is no general contractor or
other permits. The value of our work is $4850.
