Please address the following comments by Monday, December 19, 2011 at noon by providing two full sets of plans: 1. Amend plans to show new roof material- wood shake is not permitted in the Town of Vail. 2. Provide a redlined set of floor plans showing grfa calculations. 3. Provide a section of the storage under 5 feet tall on the lower level. 4. Provide a stamped engineered survey. 5. Minimum 18” culvert required at driveway entrance. 6. Show 4 foot concrete pan with 2” invert at edge of driveway. 7. Show limits of disturbance fence on site plan. 8. Provide an Erosion Control Plan. 9. Provide an Dewatering plan if needed. 10. Note on site plan whether driveway is heated. Show snow storage areas, per Town of Vail Standards. Additional comments are pending submittal of plans. Please note that the portion of flagstone patio and stairs encroaching onto town property must be removed unless applicant can provide proof of previous approval by the Town of Vail prior to building permit approval.
