review
of

It

Wildlife
Reports,
Environmental
Assessments,
etc.
While
some
of
 these
documents
have
been
submiKed
previously,
we
are
providing
four

of

the

been
provided

use

we

eliminated

need

coverage
variance
and
request
that

withdrawn.

the

updated
to
reflect
changes

we
are
providing

(4)
copies
of
the

report.

were
last

As
no
changes
have
 occurred,
these

The

was
last
provided

November

2009

has
now
 been
updated

along
with

We

providing

and
it

the
flash
drive.

(including
plat,
topo
survey,
landscape
plans,
civil
plans,
architectural
plans,
etc):

A
 complete
set
of
plans
was
last
submiKed
in
November
of
2009,
with
supplemental
plans
 submiKed
as
changes
have
occurred.

A
complete
set
of
plans
has
now
been
provided,
reflecDng
 all
changes
to‐date.
We
are
providing
two
(2)
full‐sized
sets
of
plans,
five
(5)
reduced
sets
of
 plans,
and
they
are
included
on
the
flash
drive. In
addiDon,
we
would
like
all
noDces
and
agendas
to
reflect
the
property
owner
as
“Ever
Vail
LLC”
 rather
than
Vail
Resorts
Development
Company.

This
has
been
reflected
in
our
new
applicaDon
forms.
