RE: Ever Vail revisions to the applica;on
Dear Warren,
At this Dme, we are providing revisions to our current applicaDon for Ever Vail. We are currently
providing the following:
1.Environmental Impact Report (EIR): This report was last submiKed in December 2008. Our
current EIR has been updated to reflect recent changes to the plans and programming. We are
providing four (4) copies of this report and it is included on the flash drive.
2.Traffic Impact Study (TIS) and Trip Genera;on: These reports were last submiKed in November
of 2009 and have now been updated to reflect changes to the plans and programming. We are
providing four (4) copies of these and they are included on the flash drive.
3.Skier Distribu;on Memo: This memo was last submiKed in April of 2010, and has now been
updated to reflect changes to the plans and programming. We are providing four (4) copies of this
memo and it is included on the flash drive.
4.Fiscal Impact Report: This report was last submiKed in November of 2009 and has now been
updated to reflect changes to the plans and programming. We are providing four (4) copies of this
report and it is included on the flash drive.
5.Soils Report: This report was last submiKed in December of 2008. No changes were necessary
and it has been included on the flash drive only.
6.Walker Parking Report: This report was last submiKed in November of 2009. No changes to this
report were necessary and has been included on the flash drive only.
7.Flood Plain Modifica;on SubmiNal: The complete Flood Plain ModificaDon applicaDon is
included now that Frontage Road designs have been completed. We are providing four (4) copies
of this report and it is included on the flash drive.
8.Arborist Report: A report by a cerDfied arborist was requested during the review process and has
now been included. We are providing four (4) copies of this report and it is included on the flash
drive.
9.DraP Environmental Clearance LeNer: This leKer was prepared for the review of the realignment
of the South Frontage Road. It includes informaDon including a Wetland DelineaDon Report,
Archeological Resources Report, Wildlife Reports, Environmental Assessments, etc. While some of
these documents have been submiKed previously, we are providing four (4) copies of this leKer
and it is included on the flash drive.
10.Applica;on Forms: AddiDonal applicaDons have been provided for various condiDonal use
permits and for the flood plain modificaDon at this Dme. All other applicaDons remain acDve. At
this Dme, we have eliminated the need for a site coverage variance and request that this
applicaDon be withdrawn. We are providing one copy of the applicaDon forms and they are
included on the flash drive.
11.Adjacent Envelopes: New envelopes have been provided to allow for noDficaDon of adjacent
property owners. The list of adjacent property owners is included in the wriKen submiKal.
12.Retail Analysis: This analysis was last submiKed in November of 2009. No changes were
necessary to this analysis and has been included on the flash drive only.
13.Drainage Reports: There are two drainage reports (one for the Frontage Road specifically, and
one for the Ever Vail project) included on the flash drive. The project specific drainage report has
been updated to reflect changes to the plans so we are providing four (4) copies of the project
drainage report.
14.Title Reports: Title Reports were last submiKed in November of 2009. As no changes have
occurred, these reports are included on the flash drive only.
15.WriNen SubmiNal: The WriKen SubmiKal was last provided in November of 2009 and has now
been updated to reflect new applicaDons, along with changes to the plans and programming. We
are providing four (4) copies of the wriKen submiKal and it is included on the flash drive.
16.Plans (including plat, topo survey, landscape plans, civil plans, architectural plans, etc): A
complete set of plans was last submiKed in November of 2009, with supplemental plans
submiKed as changes have occurred. A complete set of plans has now been provided, reflecDng
all changes to‐date. We are providing two (2) full‐sized sets of plans, five (5) reduced sets of
plans, and they are included on the flash drive.
In addiDon, we would like all noDces and agendas to reflect the property owner as “Ever Vail LLC”
rather than Vail Resorts Development Company. This has been reflected in our new applicaDon forms.
Should you have the need for addiDonal copies of any of the reports listed above, please do not
hesitate to contact me. We will make copies for the Planning and Environmental Commission and Town
