Hello Bill,
I made a couple of revisions at the request of the attorney. I revised the title and added a note to each floor indicating that there were no modifications to each level, only the basement
of “Unit 2A-Amended”. Also moved the purpose note to the second note, and mentioned the unit being modified. Let me know if you have any questions or need anything from me.
