This is to confirm that representatives from the Associations have met, and we are in agreernent that we will pravide an easement for the specific area discussed and outlined on the survey. Please consider this as a letter of intentto grant that easement. Our agreement included tF�at at the{r expense, their legal counsel woald prepare the appropriate documents, and following signature, would be responsible for the recording of the documents. In exchange far our cooperation on this matter, the Rams-Horn has agreed to relocate tF�eir trash enclosure from their south parking lot to their north parking lot.
