Bernard does not close on the house until March. Could you make the deadline May 30, 2012.
He will do everything he can to submit his applications as soon as possible, but he is more comfortable
with May 30 as a deadline.

The golf course easement does not restrict development potential on the site beyond the restrictions
established by the easement. As for the illegally converted garage, I spoke with the building
department, and no fines will be imposed. However, the Town will need to see that the owner is
pursuing compliance with the regulations. This means that the owner needs to formally convert the
garage into living space, or back to a garage. Please have them submit the required applications (DRB
addition application followed by a building permit) prior to April 30, 2012, with construction completed
in 2012 in order to avoid any action taken by the Town. The Town needs to see that this is being
brought into compliance in a timely manner, so if this date doesn't work, please let me know the
owner's plans for renovation. As for the parking easement, I would suggest contacting an attorney
and /or title company to confirm easement language, as I cannot do that. A title search will confirm any
other easements. Please let me know if you have questions.
