The following are comments from the Design Review Board regarding the conceptual review of the Holiday Inn remodel:
• Signs: Make all signs similar or make them all different-avoid strip mall look
• Roof color: Use color that contrasts existing-brown,gray, bronze tones are better
• Fascia on existing roofs could match new roof color instead of trying to blend old and new green metal
• Add awning on first floor windows on south side of west elevation
• East elevation needs work-screen A/C units. Adding stucco on only a portion will not look good.
