The Board will approve the architectural revision upon completion of the following conditions: A $250 fine levied for failure to apply and complete AC application before construction commenced. Fine is due and payable upon receipt of this letter. Compliance Agreement completed and signed. Construction in accordance with the submitted drawings and included with application. All Town of Vail requirements are met and necessary permits included with application. No construction debris stored on-site and daily cleanup required. Gas line to be painted to match existing exterior color. Caulking to seal penetration into building. Stucco repairs must be consistent and match existing exterior finish. All work to be completed by May 31, 2012. Call management for inspection when project is completed for final approval and sign off. The homeowner will be responsible for all costs associated with the project. The builder and any sub-contractors agree that they have no financial or legal recourse against the HOA, for any reason what so ever.
