General Information: A conditianal use permit is required for any use classified as "conditional" in any of the
Town's zone districts. Uses listed as conditional uses are subject to such conditions and limitations as the
Town may prescribe to ensure that the location and operation of the conditional uses will be in accordance
with development objectives of the Town and wiH not be detrimental to other uses or properties. The pro-
posed project may also require other permits or appfications and/ar review by the Design Review Board
and/or Town Council. All PEC approvals shafl iapse if construction is not commenced within two years of the
date of approval and diligently pursued to completion, or if the use for which the approval is granted is not .
